Bring Life Mission (“Bring Life Mission,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit bring-life.org, contact us, volunteer, subscribe to mission news, or follow a link to make a donation.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: contact and volunteer forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the information you choose to include in your message.
- Newsletter information: your email address, language, signup source, and the date of consent.
- Donation information: donations may be processed by an external donation provider such as Zeffy. The provider may send us donor and transaction details needed for receipts, stewardship, accounting, and legal compliance. We do not receive or store complete payment-card or bank credentials through our website.
- Technical and security information: our hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, and security events.
- Analytics information: only after you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive device/browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, referring/campaign information, and privacy-safe interaction events such as project views, donation-link clicks, successful form submissions, newsletter signup, and meaningful video engagement. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or form contents to Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate volunteers, deliver requested mission news, process and document donations, protect the website, understand which content and outreach are useful, improve our programs and communications, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and nonprofit-governance obligations.
Cookies and consent
The website may use cookies that are necessary for WordPress administration, security, language, forms, and your privacy choice. Our analytics-consent cookie records “granted” or “denied” for up to 180 days. Google Analytics is blocked unless you select “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, ad personalization, and advertising user-data signals remain denied. You may change your choice at any time by selecting “Privacy settings” on the website.
Service providers and external sites
We may use service providers for website hosting, content delivery, email delivery, spam/security protection, analytics, and donations. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy documentation. Donation providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. Pages may also contain embedded content or links to services such as YouTube, social networks, or donation platforms; interacting with those services is governed by their policies.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers acting for us, when you direct us to do so, to protect people or the organization, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, security, and recordkeeping requirements. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer operate the list. No online system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit administrative access.
Your choices and rights
You may decline or revoke analytics, unsubscribe from mission news, and ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must retain. Additional rights may apply under the law where you live. To make a request, email info@bring-life.org.
Children
Our humanitarian programs may benefit children, but this website is intended for adult donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters. We do not knowingly use the website to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.
