The Bring Life Mission Team
Leadership in the USA, ministers in Kenya, local pastors, teachers and volunteers — one team.
One team — one calling
Who we are
The main goal of our team is to make God’s love visible in action: through education, daily meals, clean water, medical care, youth programs, prison ministry, evangelism, and support for vulnerable families.
Together we serve children, youth, families, and communities in Kenya, while also developing our outreach ministry in the U.S.: sharing the Gospel, praying for people, and helping with food, clothing, support, and personal care.

Mission Leadership
Core leadership
The people responsible for the vision, spiritual direction, and development of Bring Life Mission in the United States and Kenya.

Dzianis Laptseikin
President & Mission Leader
President and founder of Bring Life Mission. His missionary journey in Africa began in 2013, and since 2017 ministry in Kenya has become a permanent part of his life and calling.
What began as simple help for children grew into a full missionary ministry: schools, daily feeding, water wells, medical outreaches, youth trainings, prison ministry, and support for families. Dzianis also serves as a Missionary Pastor at Transformation Center Church International in Auburn, Washington.

Yelisey Shibkiy
Director of Community Outreach
Develops the mission’s work among local communities: organizing outreach events, involving volunteers and partners, and coordinating the work of the team.
This ministry brings together prayer, evangelism, and practical help for people in difficult life situations. Yelisey also serves as Outreach Pastor at Transformation Center Church International.

Daniel Adam Dailey
Secretary / Board Member
An active volunteer of the mission since March 2018, he has supported ministry in Africa for many years. His heart is to serve people, share the Gospel, and reflect Christ through his life.
About 14 years ago, Daniel adopted three girls from Ethiopia, giving them a family, education, and a new life. This story reflects his great heart for children and families.

Malika Gizzatova
Treasurer — Mission Operations & Media Ministry Coordinator
Has served with Bring Life Mission since 2021. She is responsible for financial accountability, coordinating internal processes, and developing the media ministry — through which the mission shares about its projects and tells people’s stories.
Malika’s heart is especially for serving youth and teenagers: speaking to young people about Christ and helping them see hope, value, and direction for their future.
Our Team in Kenya
Ministry in Kenya
The ministers on the ground who bring the mission’s projects to life every day and stand alongside children, youth, and families.

Vasilii & Iuliia Panzhinskii
Leaders of the Bring Life Mission Team in Kenya
Iuliia: Vasilii and Iuliia serve as leaders of the mission team in Kenya and as representatives of the ministry on the ground. They have partnered with Bring Life Mission since 2020, and in November 2024 they moved to Kenya for full-time ministry.
Vasilii coordinates construction projects, school development, water well drilling, children’s camps, and youth events, and also serves as a worship leader. Iuliia has a background in education, so her focus is youth and children’s ministries, Bible lessons, camps, the “Day of Happiness” program, Christmas programs, and creative and English lessons.
Together they help children and youth encounter God, discover their calling, and see hope for the future.

Caroline Njue
Project Coordinator for Bring Life Mission in Kenya
Coordinates key areas on the ground: children, youth, schools, families, prison ministry, and medical outreaches. Caroline is responsible for the children’s feeding program in the Furunzi slums, where children receive a hot meal every day.
For many of them this is not just food but a chance to study, have strength, and feel cared for. Caroline also helps coordinate school projects, youth trainings, visiting teams, logistics, and media ministry.

Adam Iha
Kenya Team — Pastoral & Youth Ministry
Serves with the Kenya team in pastoral and youth ministry, logistics, evangelistic events, and support for outreach projects.
Adam and Caroline are among the leaders of New Legacy CBO, a community-based organization that partners with Bring Life Mission to carry out school projects, water wells, and prison ministry. Through his ministry the mission stays close to people on the ground.
Mission Partners in Kenya
Partners
Local leaders alongside whom Bring Life Mission develops its school and social projects.

Bishop Alfred Magambo
Mission Partner in Kenya
A partner of Bring Life Mission in Kenya since 2019. Through cooperation with local churches and communities, he helps develop ministry focused on preaching the Gospel and supporting families, children, and local residents.
Bishop Magambo is also the director and main coordinator of Mwangaza Bring Life Academy, which the mission built in 2021. Through this partnership, projects develop in close connection with the local church, leaders, and community.
A Team United by Love for People
Bring Life Mission — God’s Love in Action.
The Bring Life Mission team is united not around one program, but around God’s calling to serve people. Some are responsible for strategy, some for projects, children, youth, schools, outreach, prayer, partnerships, or logistics — but the goal is one.
Together we help children receive an education, feed the hungry, drill clean water wells, support families, hold medical outreaches, serve youth, visit prisons, and preach the Gospel.
