The “Free Meals” project has been helping children in the Furunzi slum area since 2017, providing meals through the school’s program. Starting last year, meals have been served daily.
Throughout 2024, the project fed 70 students. With the start of the new school year in Kenya in January, the number of children at the school rose sharply to 120. The organizers note that this figure is likely to keep growing.
The team continues its work to ensure children receive nutritious meals and is seeking support to sustain this important ministry.
