Daily free meal programs for children continue in the Furunzi slums in Kenya.
According to the post, the meals are designed so that one child can receive food for a full month. The authors state that this costs 10 dollars (or 800 rubles).
They emphasize that these school meals are about more than food: they help children feel secure and stable, with confidence that they will go to bed full even when their families are unable to earn money or bring food home.
The program also supports children’s healthy physical growth and development, helping them become strong and healthy young people.
The organization says it is seeking financial partners to support this ministry.
