The construction of the 34th water well in Kenya began with what seemed like an ordinary encounter on the street.
In a testimony, the author shared how his wife took daily walks with their son. One day, during one of these walks, she met a man who was waiting for his children to finish their practice. They began talking, and the conversation eventually turned toward the mission—how their work in Kenya helps communities gain access to clean water by drilling wells where it is urgently needed.
To her surprise, the man explained that his wife and he had already been setting money aside for some time to fund a water well somewhere in Africa, and they had even started looking for organizations that do this kind of work.
That is how the story of the 34th water well in the village of Kadzuoni began. The author expressed amazement at how the Lord brings things together through the most ordinary conversations, reminding that people can plan and search for opportunities while God aligns everything in His own way.
To reflect on this, he cited 1 Corinthians 2:9: “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
