Kenya Opens Its 8th Clean Water Well

Project team near a water well in Kenya

In Kenya, the 8th well has been opened, now providing free, clean water to thousands of people across different villages and settlements.

At the same time, the team is currently finishing work on the 9th well in the remote settlement of Mshongoleni, aimed at bringing safer water closer to local residents.

The update highlights that, with new water sources, women—who are often the primary workforce in Kenya—no longer need to travel long distances carrying heavy 20-liter containers on their heads to bring water home.

It is also noted that each well is made possible by people who respond to the need and choose to support the project. In particular, the 8th well was funded by a friend from Kazakhstan who preferred not to list his initials and instead dedicated the well to the preaching of the Gospel.
